This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll drive sales, develop your team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences every day. This role operates on a fortnightly rotating roster. What you’ll be doing Owning store performance and achieving sales, budget and KPI targets Leading from the floor and setting the standard for customer service Coaching, developing and motivating your Assistant Manager and team Recruiting, onboarding and developing team members Managing stock control, deliveries, stocktakes and inventory accuracy Ensuring visual merchandising and store presentation meet brand standards Overseeing rosters, store administration and data integrity Maintaining a safe, compliant and well-presented store environment About you Proven experience as a Store Manager in a retail environment Strong commercial awareness with the ability to drive sales and control costs Confident, hands-on leader who leads by example Passionate about customer experience and team development Highly organised with strong attention to detail Thrives in a fast-paced retail setting Why join House?
